Meet the Captain

As a low country native, Carter spent his youth learning the local waterways. He started driving a boat at age 12 and has continued to hone his skills working at the Daniel Island Marina for many years. After graduating from Winthrop University, he knew he wanted to return to the low country and focus on sharing his love of the water. 

Carter is professional and fun loving with extensive knowledge of Charleston's waterways that makes for a safe and enjoyable trip for all passengers aboard. When he is not with clients, he loves to fish and spend time with his family and friends out on the water. 

Carter is a USCG Licensed Captain with OUPV (6-Pack) Captain's License and 25 Ton Master's License credentials which allows him to charter the maximum capacity of any USCG inspected or uninspected vessel of 25 tons or less in inland and near coastal waters.
